90 DAY RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Alpine Overland Gear! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 90-day return policy for eligible items. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible for return.

2. Initiation of Return:

To initiate a return, please contact Alpine Overland Gear Customer Service at contact@alpineoverlandgear.com within 90 days of the original purchase date. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

3. Return Authorization:

Upon approval of your return request, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please clearly write this RA number on the outside of the package. Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned item reaches us. Alpine Overland Gear is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Non-Refundable Items:
