Alpine Overland Gear Lifetime Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage:

Alpine Overland Gear is dedicated to providing premium outdoor gear, including tents, to our valued customers. We proudly stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our products. This lifetime warranty policy ensures coverage for the entire lifetime of Alpine Overland Gear tents, applicable only to the original purchaser and

non-transferable.

2. Covered Issues:

Alpine Overland Gear's lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues resulting from normal use. Covered issues include, but are not limited to:

• Seam and stitching failure

• Zippers malfunction

• Fabric defects

3. Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect

• Modification or alteration of the product

• Accidents or external forces (e.g., natural disasters)

• Normal wear and tear

• Use of the product for commercial purposes

4. Warranty Claim Process:

To initiate a lifetime warranty claim, the original purchaser must:

• Contact Alpine Overland Gear Customer Service at contact@alpineoverlandgear.com with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue we may also request photos.

• Follow any additional instructions provided by Alpine Overland Gear Customer Service.

5. Resolution Options:

Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, Alpine Overland Gear will, at its discretion, provide one of the following resolutions:

• Replacement of the defective part

• Replacement of the entire tent

6. Shipping Costs:

Alpine Overland Gear will cover the cost of shipping for warranty replacements within the continental United States. For international customers or shipments outside this region, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Disclaimer:

This lifetime warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Alpine Overland Gear shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages.

8. Modification of Terms:

Alpine Overland Gear reserves the right to modify or terminate this lifetime warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be effective for products purchased after the date of modification.
